Constantly increasing volumes of data and extended legal record-keeping times for business-related documents present many companies with a considerable space problem. Valuable rooms are taken up by "useless" archive material, although they could be used much more efficiently.

We have confronted this challenge and come up with individual solutions for the storage of files and archives.

We offer 3 alternative ways of storing your business documents in our storage facilities:

  1. File storage in closed 20’ archive containers. These storage containers are equipped with shelf units providing space for 144 running metres of files, are protected by alarm systems and are kept in our container storage.
  2. File storage on pallets. Documents can be stored in stackable file boxes on a pallet that holds up to 7.2 running metres of files in a high-rack storage facility.
  3. File storage in lockable room units.

 

We can also provide other services on request including:

  • the registration of your files with the help of special computing systems to enable you to retrieve individual files quickly at any time
  • on-schedule delivery of required files via courier and related administration of your files
  • file disposal according to the statutory Data Protection Act and in accordance with the relevant record-keeping periods.

This system enables us to create space, optimise business processes and reduce administrative work for our customers.
